We are delighted to be packing our suitcases and searching out our passports this weekend, as we return to work with our friends at the Herrenchiemsee Festspiele, in southern Bavaria, Germany. Set in the idyllic, almost other-worldly surroundings of a castle built on an island, we’re delighted this year to be bringing a programme of Bach motets and cantatas, culminating in Cantata 147, Herz und Mund und Tat und Leben.
