Roger Le Tissier

Roger Le Tissier is Chairman of Textor Capital, a private investment company with a diverse portfolio. He is also a consultant and holds a number of non-executive directorships with leading asset managers, private equity GPs, insurance and pension companies. He is involved with several charities as a director and consultant. Prior to that, he was the Founder Partner and Senior Advocate at the Guernsey law firm of Ogier from inception in 1998 until his retirement in 2013.  He and the firm specialised in commercial matters including investment funds, international finance, banking, insurance, trusts, securitisations and corporate matters and, from a later date, litigation.  The firm experienced significant growth since opening and acted for many leading financial institutions.

Roger has also been appointed to a number of industry consultative bodies, presented at a number of conferences and also contributed to a number of publications including a book on the regulation of funds.  He contributed the first ISDA netting and collateral opinions for Guernsey and continued to provide the updates until his retirement from Ogier.

Roger joined the Gabrieli board in 2013.
