In March 2017 Gabrieli Roar will be partnering with London Youth Choir as part of a Regional Concert Series to present Haydn's last major work, his exuberant Harmoniemesse, with soloists from the Gabrieli Consort and our period instrument ensemble, directed by Paul McCreesh. The concert will also feature a first half performance celebrating the senior choirs of LYC, directed by Robbie Jacobs.

The concert will also feature first half performances celebrating all three youth choirs and their directors, Nicholas Shaw, Victoria Longdon and Gillian Dibden.

A Rose Magnificat

St. John's Smith Square, London

In June we return to St. John's for an a cappella performance of masterpieces old and new dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, including the world premiere of a new work by British composer Matthew Martin, a setting of the Magnificat with interpolations from the beautiful medieval poem There is no rose.
